SHIPPING PROCESS

  1. Once your order is placed, we will process it within 24 hours.

  2. Delivery charge inside Dhaka ৳70, Outside Dhaka ৳130

  3. We offer free shipping on all orders over ৳2000 in Bangladesh.

  4. We use reliable and trustworthy delivery services to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and on time.

  5. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

DELIVERY PROCESS

  1. Orders within Dhaka city will be delivered within 2-3 business days.

  2. Orders outside Dhaka city will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

  3. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  4. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up to date to avoid any delays or delivery issues.

  5. If you are not available to receive the delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you to schedule a re-delivery.

  6. If we are unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse, and we will issue a refund.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

  1. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues that are caused by natural disasters, political unrest, or any other unforeseeable circumstances.

  2. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will attempt to contact you to update your shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply.

  3. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  4. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address or delivery method.
